1- The Education :-

He obtained The License of the law from Faculty of law , Alexandria University , on year 1991 , in high good degree , in about 72% , from first Exam., .
He graduated From institute of Bar Association in Alexandria , in Excellent degree , in year 1996 .

LL.M., ( L. Legum Magister ) Master of Laws :-

He finalized the postgraduate and obtained the equal degree of LL.M., ( L. Legum Magister ) Master of Laws , after he obtained the following diplomas :
He obtained the Diploma in Economic sciences from Faculty of Law , Alexandria University , in about 81% percentage , in good degree , in year 2005/2006 from first Exam., .
He also obtained the Diploma in Private Law from Faculty of Law , Alexandria University , in about 83.2 % percentage , very closing to very good degree , in year 2006/2007 from first Exam., . He scored the first grade of all class of private law .

Doctrine Degree :-

He is preparing to record his proposal to obtain the Doctrine degree from Faculty of Law , Alexandria University , about Private International Maritime Law .

2- The Experience :-

He recorded as a lawyer on August 1994 on Egyptian BAR Association .
He practiced about three years , as maritime lawyer , on Dr. Salah AL-Mokadem Law office , one of the Biggest Maritime law offices in Egypt and middle East .
He managed The legal Dept., of Med Sea Navigation Co. ( Egyptian Stock company ) , about 30 Months .
He was managing and handling the legal matters , claims and cases of a Grounding of M/V ABD ALRAHMAN against Libyan Coast on Nov., 1997 .
He Founded his maritime law office ( ELOMC ) on 1999 , and developed it to be maritime law firm after joining his partner Advocate / Zaki AL- Lakani .
He was appointed as legal consultant of CMA CGM Egypt on year 2001 .
He provided many worldwide shipping companies , local Navigation companies and international law firms with Maritime legal advices , such as CMA CGM , Steamship Mutual underwriting Association , DHL Global Forwarding Russian P&I Pool , North of England P&I Club and others .
He is practicing most of all kind of maritime claims , cases and incidents and he won most of all maritime cases that he was handling .
